The snark knows it all.. even how to tell you not to include that story you think is pretty awesome. You learn so much when you follow their process of writing b school applications. Their app accelerators are really helpful. The best part of it all is that it makes YOU think. They wont tell you what to write but will show you the way. That is exactly what I needed.
Be ready to take the heat when it comes to reading their reviews of your material. Remember this will help you weed out all things bad and come up with the filtered out application that shows your best side to the adcom.

This was helpful for me personally, since I was totally going the wrong direction with what kind of accomplishments appeal to MBA adcom. (I'm an engineer--what can I say?) Although I kind of wasted the app on realizing I was going in the wrong direction (none of the accomplishments I submitted can actually be used), it was still good to know what kind of accomplishments I needed to put in my essays and how I shouldn't use technical language to do so.
During my application prep I purchased some app accelerators and this one was by far the most helpful. I was able to leverage the content developed here even during my interviews.
If you're looking for guidance on "what to write" in your essays (something a lot of BSers out there are probably interested in, then this is the App Accelerator for you. The exercises in the guide are great, and I'd highly recommend doing them and taking them seriously (no matter how silly some may sound) as you won't believe what comes from your pen onto the paper when you use some of the approaches suggested.
Once you have widdled down your your accomplishments to the top 5, using the help from the guide, you get bespoke feedback from EssaySnark.
