Congratulations! You’re on the waitlist!
Yes, we know. You weren’t exactly celebrating. But you should believe EssaySnark when we tell you: This is a good place to be. You’ve got a lot going for you – the adcom has expressed real interest! And now you have invaluable resources to help you navigate this important phase.
The vast majority of the Brave Supplicants we work with end up converting their waitlist to an offer – and the remainder end up finding a happy home at a great bschool in their next attempts, leveraging all that they learn through this process. Instead of calling it “the waitlist” we say that this is a chance to create an ACTION LIST – a plan of attack to turn this minor delay into a true success story.
This SnarkStrategies Guide will show you how.

purchased this book for online access and disappointed to see that there are no sample letters/updates included. where can we go to get some samples?
Hey mike2015 – thanks for your purchase, and congrats also for being on the waitlist! We know that it’s not a fun place to be, but you’re still in the running!!!! We hope it works out for you.As to samples: Sorry but you won’t find sample anythings, anywhere in Snarkville. It’s not what we do. We don’t feel it’s in anyone’s best interest to provide them (we cover this in various places – here’s a post on it: https://essaysnark.com/2011/11/why-we-dont-post-sample-essays/ and we cover it at the bottom of our directory of school questions too). Instead, all of our application guides walk you through what to say, and if you’ve already been successful enough with writing essays that you ended up on the waitlist, it won’t be difficult at all to craft your waitlist letter! Just be specific, direct, and concise. If you want more help we’ve got plenty of resources available and you could even submit your draft for a free review posted on the blahg if you wanted.Hope that helps explain it – no samples is intentional – but you don’t need them! You got this! 😀EssaySnarkPS: Hopefully you’ll stay in touch, we’re interested to know how this works out for you!
This is another excellent book in EssaySnark's strategy guide series. If you are on waitlist, consider buying this book because you will save yourself from lot of "shoot yourself in foot" moments.

I love the cover of this book. Seeing how I got waitlisted at Tuck today, I hope they throw me a bone.

Ha – that’s not how we intended it when we picked that image!!! We see it as “just within reach… about to snag it!” But we can see how you might interpret it your way… 😉
Good luck to everyone who’s found that they’re in need of this particular guide!
