Welp, it’s here: Labor Day is on Monday, and that means that Harvard’s first round MBA application deadline is on Wednesday… But you knew that already!
Isn’t it incredible how quickly September 7th showed up?!?
Summers tend to always go by quickly, but no summer ever goes by quicker than the summer when you’re planning on applying for an MBA.
While Team EssaySnark will be mostly off doing family and fun things this three-day holiday weekend (which means that email inquiries may see a delayed response time), essays and resumes and apps are still being reviewed by your Essay Snark consultants under our expedited-feedback options.
Those include:
- Single Shot Express – one essay reviewed as fast as we can turn it back to you, which sometimes is same-day, or next business day is the target we try our best to accommodate. Including weekends and holidays! This fast-turnound option is baked into the price.
- Speedy Review is also available as an add-on that can be purchased for use with any submission. Here’s an overview of how that works from our Help screen, and once you have purchased the consulting service, you can find instructions for paying for the Speedy Review add-on in the Subscriber FAQ within My SnarkCenter (the Subscriber FAQ is displayed to active EssaySnark clients only).
Any client on a package, including the Complete Essay Package and the 4-School Set, already has feedback returned on an expedited basis, but please note that that applies only during standard weekday turnarounds, and not on holidays/weekends. If you’re a Complete or 4-School Set subscriber, you may want to still get the Speedy add-on if you’re feeling nervous about turnaround times (given the size of our review queue, which is getting a bit busy these days). We do try to answer questions on an ongoing basis from package-purchasing BSers who are asking for help on details of their applications (post them on the feedback page of the item you’re asking about in My SnarkCenter) — however again, please be patient as we work to serve everybody right now.
Even though there may be a sense of panic with these first deadlines on the horizon and already here (a la Tuck and Darden and Duke and some others), there actually still is time to work through a measured and deliberate process of getting those essays done! Faster does not necessarily mean better, in fact the opposite is often true.
If we can help out, we’re here for it!
