Another reason why it’s important to open up an account on your school’s website and start filling out the application is this:

They ask a lot of questions, some of which you may even need to think about!

For example, all the schools have some variation of a question asking if you give permission for your personal information to be shared internally, such as with students, alumni, or other programs on campus.

What if you are not comfortable with that?

There’s a lot of very personal information you’re disclosing in the app, after all! The way HBS has it worded, it seems like they’ll be sharing the whole application.
