If memory serves, probably the first school to ask MBA applicants for a LinkedIn page was Cornell Johnson — or maybe it was actually MIT Sloan? MIT does have a field in its application form inviting you to share a LinkedIn.
This is one of the few parts of an MBA application where you don’t have to include something that the adcom asks for. The photograph that many schools request now is another such category (here’s an ancient post from the ‘snarchive about the application photograph and whether, and how, to approach that.)
