We’ve been Bummed-Out ‘Snark for awhile here, posting about the difficult emotions of getting rejected, or what to do if you’re waitlisted… Yet there are far more Brave Supplicants wandering around here who have gotten in to the schools of their dreams (or at least, the next-best to the school of their dreams) and many who are actually in the position of figuring out which competing offer to accept!
This is one of our most popular and, we’ve been told, most useful categories of conversations, and we have a dedicated list of posts under “deciding on a school (multiple offers)” in the ‘snarchives.
Today we will begin to explore this question, using what we know of the current MBA admissions landscape in April 2021, loosely referencing some actual cases of BSers we know who are grappling with multiple offers and not sure what to do.

There are no easy answers here!! You will need to follow your heart or your gut or whatever body part you use to make significant decisions. We recommend that you research for yourself what schools are about, and certainly talk to people, and solicit opinions — unless you’re the type to be too easily swayed by everyone else’s ideas for what you should do, in which case, shut that shit down! Stop asking everyone for advice, and go off to the woods for the weekend and stare into a campfire and see what your true self reveals to you.
There are options to explore, sure, but all of this comes down to personal values and priorities, and you are the only one who can define those for yourself.
