Pretty much all top U.S. bschools now are STEM-qualified, meaning that graduates of these programs seeking employment in the U.S. have the opportunity of staying here for up to six years total (an extra three years beyond the standard H-1B). The tl;dr is that it’s going to be easier to jump through a lot of these hoops — there will still be hoops, but they won’t be so difficult to get through, and they won’t be changing every six months.
