Are you thinking about Round 2?

September 28, 2017 by EssaySnark Leave a Comment

Many BSers coming ’round to the blahg right now are in the midst of polishing up their last applications for Round 1.

This post is not for you*.

This post is for those of you who meant to be in a position to be polishing up some last applications – but for whatever reason (otherwise called “Life”) did not manage to get any apps in for Round 1.

Or, perhaps you got some apps in, but you’re now concerned that they’re not going to be good enough. Because you know you cut corners or you feel like what you wrote in those essays ended up shakier than you thought it would be.

Or maybe you’ve intentionally been targeting Round 2 all along – or rather, ever since your GMAT score turned out not as high as you’d hoped, and you decided to suck it up and take the durn test again, because you want to be as competitive with this process as you possibly can be. Even if that meant pushing out till Round 2.

It doesn’t matter why you’re now planning for Round 2. EssaySnark’s got your back.

The Round 2 MBA Countdown is launching on Monday.

What’s the MBA Countdown, you say?

It’s a week by week, step by step support system to keep you on track with your deliverables from now till the Round 2 deadlines that start the first week of January. It’s EssaySnark laying out for you a set of priorities to work on each week, to help you stay motivated and focused.

Along with Round 2, you do realize that something else important is coming up in a few months, right?

It’s called THE HOLIDAYS and it’s a completely inconvenient fact of the calendar.

Not only will you be joy-to-the-worlding with your family and friends in a few short months, you’ll also be oh-woe-is-meing with your essays. It’s an unfortunate combination, for sure.

The Countdown can help you navigate this craziness. (Oh hey: It also includes a free membership to the blahg to take you through to deadlines – can’t beat that deal!)

It all starts this coming Monday, October 2, when we’ll get you going with a list of tasks so that you make the most of the runway you have in front of you. Of course, you can join at any time in the next few weeks and still benefit from this structured approach – even adding on in early November can be valuable. Check out the details and we hope to see you along for the ride!

* If you are still scrambling for Round 1, we were able to reduce the price of our standard Essay Decimator service back to a reasonable level again – and yes, we’ll be around reading essays and supporting final-push BSers this weekend! Speedy Review, the Sanity Check full-app pre-submit review, and the Single Shot Express Essay Decimator are all great choices for last-minute help.

So who the heck is EssaySnark, anyway?!

We're the snarky experts in MBA admissions!

Sometimes amused and often appalled by what candidates write in their MBA applications to top bschools, EssaySnark created this little blahg to share common mistakes. Learn from them and avoid making admissions directors laugh (or want to hurl) when they read your essays. If you are hoping to have your essay reviewed anonymously on the blahg for free, submit it for consideration.
