We're the snarky experts in MBA admissions!
Sometimes amused and often appalled by what candidates write in their MBA applications to top bschools, EssaySnark created this little blahg to share common mistakes. Learn from them and avoid making admissions directors laugh (or want to hurl) when they read your essays. If you are hoping to have your essay reviewed anonymously on the blahg for free, submit it for consideration.

Hi ES, what are you views on design thinking? It’s seems to be a niche within consulting (or product management, it’s a bit confusing).
Most of the information on net that I read points out to Kellogg MMM program and California college of Arts, rather than towards any traditional b-school.

@apoorvbhargava, we saw your question and received your request to the team but are a bit slammed ATM – we’re hoping to put together something in response when we get the chance, just don’t know when that will be. For now, we can tell you that design thinking is offered as an elective at MANY top schools these days but it’s not necessarily core to the MBA curriculum per se (related, yes; core, no). Check out the d-school at Stanford, that may get you started with some good ideas and info!
