First of all, if you’ve been rejected by any of your target schools, then we commiserate. It sucks. We know that it can be a real blow. If you tried for Kellogg and you have your heart set on them and them only, then there’s an alternate track you may want to consider. No, we’re…
So who the heck is EssaySnark, anyway?!
We're the snarky experts in MBA admissions!
Sometimes amused and often appalled by what candidates write in their MBA applications to top bschools, EssaySnark created this little blahg to share common mistakes. Learn from them and avoid making admissions directors laugh (or want to hurl) when they read your essays. If you are hoping to have your essay reviewed anonymously on the blahg for free, submit it for consideration.

Here's what others have said about this:
Snark, how exactly would you ‘get that out of the way’ for the – let’s say – the accounting and operations class before application, do you simply go to a community college and take courses? Thanks – qs
Yeah, that could work, don’t see why it wouldn’t, provided the courses you take are equivalent to the ones they’ve listed out – though before you embark on such a project, you might want to contact the Kellogg 1Y peeps and make sure your plan is sound.
Snark, how good/credible/valued is this MBA (inspite of what they say), since their flagship program is actually the 2 year mba!
It’s the same MBA. The degree is identical. The experience is different, so that’s up to you to judge – but in terms of “credible/good/valued” – no difference.
